About DealStream

Bob Brauns is a technology entrepreneur and founder of two companies. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker at Lazard Frères and Merrill Lynch. He holds BA, MBA, and MPA degrees from Harvard University.

Sean Daniels has been a software developer since the early days of the internet. He has served as a technical writer, webmaster, and technical director for several companies. He joined DealStream as a Senior Engineer early in his career and, as of 2025, serves as the company’s President and COO.

Deb Reid is the Operations Manager at DealStream, where she has held a variety of roles and now leads operational initiatives and manages the company’s educational and thought leadership content. She began her career as a corporate lawyer and holds a BBA from UW-Madison and a JD, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.

Rose Kearney is the Customer Service Manager at DealStream with 19 years of experience supporting the member community. She helps members navigate the platform and get the most from their experience, and believes strong marketplaces are built on trust and responsiveness.

Mitch Alcon is the CFO of DealStream, bringing 30 years of experience guiding organizations through complex markets and growth. He is committed to financial integrity and long-term value creation. Outside of work, Mitch enjoys traveling and working in his home garden.
