OUR CLIENT, Seeks Bridging Capital of €550m for Max 12 months to acquire 100% of the following as going concerns;

1. A seasoned 10yr + Asset management Company (ASM) (SRO Licensed) (Valued (CHF 350m)

and

2. Full BANK Licenses (FINMA) Private bank (with excess CHF 1Bn under management)

Funding will setup shareholder structure/s and security deposit to acquire both

M&A pre-approved funding- EU Securities firm, (which is Funders guarantee) to flow into 1 or 2 once the shareholder has at least 95% shareholding under control. which is EU securities - per-conditional M&A Funding therefore Bridge Capital only to initiate the sale of share process on;
- Offer on Invoice-IN - Invoice-OUT based on Swiss rules(arbitration) (with full corporate responsibility!)
- VERY NEG ROI (xx% p/a) OFFERED ...will be paid "pro-rata"
- Should it be settled any-time during 3-12 month period
- This is only as the sale of shares should be concluded and asset under management transfer to new Board of Directors (BoD) that needs to be approved by FINMA to continue operations - which the Swiss Attorneys envisage, can take anything between 3 - 6 months, if no further documentation is required!

NB: Funder LOI address to AAA Law (Afrique) need to confirm acceptance transaction based on SWISS rules conditions & shall be accompanied by;
1. Funder need to show proof of funds - Bank letter confirming ability and
2. Funder Profile of your company/firm, and
3. Funder Company's Incorporation certificate,
4. Funder Company Resolution that you have an appetite and capacity to fund our client project on the terms and condition acceptable.
