The Transaction: The seller is open to all reasonable offers and terms. The business is being offered for $795,000. A prospective buyer must be able to show proof of funds and financing, and, after preliminary discussion with the broker and seller, be willing to engage in a contingent, cancelable asset purchase agreement (APA) with a refundable 5% down payment deposited to escrow prior to any in-depth due diligence investigation.
