The family owned stone wheat mill is the first of its kind in Eastern Europe and an innovative gem in a milling industry looking for a niche approach to the sector.
Four industrial grade stone mills are sequenced in such a way to slowly grind wheat into high extraction types of flour. The state of the art particle selection system carefully selects fractions to the liking of the client.
In the 12 years that have passed since the inception of our line, many bread, biscuit and pastry producers in Romania have used our premium, high water retention, flours.
We have also conducted production in the past using rye and successfully tested chickpea.
