The Buyer shall stay with the first-floor space that is a turn-key Wellness Center. The Buyer shall be paying only $3,000 per month for 2,000 sf. There is a lengthy lease in place. The Seller has invested over $150,000.00 between equipment and buildout. Seller is willing to refer all his clients to the Seller.
