Established in 1972, well known in this area, Midland Ontario Canada. My name is Ian Tompkinson, current O/O. I am now 65 years old, and would really like to sell this Appliance Service business, after over 44 years of self employment. Also having some health issues as well as a service van on it's last legs. The business is available in two ways. One, I can basically sell you the phone number, and your phone should start ringing the next day. Call volume could be increased with advertising, which I don't really need to do. I have a good inventory of some new parts, and quite a selection of used parts too. I would be willing to help in relocation of these items, or, they could stay where they are for now. The other way to purchaase this business, is to also purchase the house, two shops, 2 smaller out buildings, and large level paved and fenced in work area.
