The FAA granted the Company Part 133 (external load), Part 135 (air-taxi/charter) and Part 137 (aerial application) certificates. Primary markets include wildland fires, wildlife surveys, production and precision external loads. The Company's primary advantages are depth of experience within the sectors it operates. Eighty percent (80%) of the Company's work is under multi-year agreements with 3-4 years remaining on the major contracts. The Company does the majority of its work June through the end of February. Given the transfer of certificates and contracts, this transaction will most likely be a stock sale.
