The GC entity is an approved dealer in North Florida for certain pre-engineered metal building suppliers. Licensed as an architecture firm and a general contractor, these firms provide high quality buildings that consistently exceed the client’s requirements. The GC entity has an excellent sub-base so pricing quotes are consistently very competitive or below market. Furthermore, the companies retain most key employees (for 15 years or more) and there are non-compete agreements in place.
The price of the business (including the Architectural firm) is negotiable. The majority owner has a 2023 company valuation report performed by a highly reputable company as of June 22, 2023.
