Well Managed and Profitable Apartment Maintenance

Company focuses on apartment renovations and maintenance for a number of property managers. The new owner must be able to manage basic projects and a small crew of skilled employees This is a very profitable business, they do all residential and commercial real estate repairs.
Business was started in December of 2014 with repairs starting with a single property management company. I obtained licenses through the years to grow business and be able to complete work in all fields of Construction/Maintenance and Remodeling. I started this company with no assets and just myself and my truck. Over the years i have added up to 9 employees and 6 company trucks. We have 7 full time technicians, 2 full time office staff and one part time office staff. We are a Carrier and Goodman certified HVAC dealer as well as a Generac generator dealer. We currently have contracts for renovations through June/July 2023. We carry a daily maintenance call volume of 2-4 weeks estimated. The business has grown every year since 2014.
Several other companies that do the same type of work, but relationships and quality workmanship have them booked through next March.
Growth only limited by the number of employees you would want to manage.
