New Painting Franchise expanding into Houston Mark

This Texas-based painting company was founded in 2011 and began franchising across the state in 2021. It has since become the fastest-growing painting franchise in the nation, built for both owner-operators and semi-absentee investors who want to run a successful, home-based business. The franchise partners with top paint brands—including Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, PPG, and Behr—to deliver premium, long-lasting results on every project. It also offers a range of complementary services to enhance customer value. The new owner would need to be qualified by the Franchisor and attend the mandatory training.
The current seller acquired two Houston-area territories in 2023 and began operations in July 2024. Finding a skilled project manager was a challenge for the seller until the right candidate was secured a few months ago. In May 2025 the seller returned to Mexico to care for a sick relative and is now running the business remotely. Operational challenges and negative cash flow arose due to the seller’s inability to manage the business from Houston during its launch phase. As the project manager gains traction and the new owner becomes more involved, the business is poised for a successful turnaround.
