Due to the specificity of the Company, they hold a strong, defensible market position due to significant barriers to entry, including proprietary engineering and mandatory FAC Certification (Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting) requirements, a program for federal contracting professionals. In addition, major manufacturers do not compete in this space due to the small market size and high customization requirements.

Being in a defensible niche market, another key advantage is their long standing FM (Factory Mutual) certification which is a mark of quality from FM Global that signifies a product has passed rigorous testing to meet high standards for property loss prevention, particularly concerning fire safety and natural hazards. This certification is awarded to products and systems that are reliable, safe, and comply with strict guidelines, providing assurance to architects, builders, and insurers. Products that receive the FM Approved mark have undergone independent, third-party testing to ensure they perform as intended and can minimize damage in a variety of real-world scenarios. As such, the Company is a trusted supplier to key aerospace and defense contractors such as NASA, US Air Force, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman.

Company is 100% owned by a Disabled Veteran who bought the business in 2024 and quickly realized the value of expanding the business beyond specialized manufacturing. He is willing to sell the business and continue leading the Company and expand into mass produced mini pick and carry cranes and lifts to penetrate into industrial customers.

2023 revenue was $5.9 million with $850,000 EBITDA.

Under new ownership, 2024 revenue was $7.8 million with $1.6 million write-off of obsolete equipment.

2025 is expected to be $7.3 million revenue with $1.3 million EBITDA.
