This highly successful mobile Medicaid practice serves nursing home facilities in the DFW area and 3 hours in any direction. The owner of this practice travels with portable dental chairs, equipment, and fold-up carts with wheels to set up the office within the facilities.

The current owner uses a van to transport the following portable equipment: sterilizer, Nomad x-ray unit and laptop, electric handpieces with a water reservoir, and a suction machine.

The staff consists of an office manager who works remotely in a shared office space, and an assistant who travels with the owner. While dentures and partials account for roughly 80% of the production, other services include deep cleanings, extractions, and crowns.

While 90% of this practice is Medicaid, 10% is Medicare.
