Over 25,000 gallons of fermentation/ spirit storage. All stainless steel.

Distillery is located in a historic building in between 2 college campuses and a rapidly growing part of Colorado. With over 14,000 sq ft and lots of space to grow/expand.

Currently Distill in house- Rum, Brandy, (multiple ultra premium) Agaves, Limoncello.
*Can distill anything with our state of the art Still. Leaves the door open to anyone to make anything.
Currently Blend- Whiskey, Rum, Vodka, Agave, Gin
Currently make Ready to drink (RTD)- 4 current flavors with another 8 fully vetted and ready to be released.
Have multiple distilling contracts- (2) Coffee Liqueurs, high-end Rum, and a celebrity Vodka. All contracts are for 99 year terms.

Staff would stay and are highly motivated!

I am open to being creative with purchase options. Owner carry options all the way to retaining a minor partner share, is all on the table. Will discuss details with potential buyer.
