$80B by 2030. In this growing market, the owner has built a respected category brand with
products ranked in the top 2% on Amazon (multiple sub-150 BSRs). The company has seen
strong YoY revenue growth of 18% with significant margin improvements as the owner has
taken efforts to streamline the business. While the company has primarily sold through Amazon
to date (~90% of historical sales), the company has seen growth in new eCommerce (i.e.
Walmart) and social (i.e. TikTok) channels - which present further growth opportunities in the
