Founded in 2000 we are a designer and manufacturer of patented audio products, primarily headphones, marketed throughout Asia, Europe and North America to musicians and professional studio engineers seeking the purest music experience. We are offering to sell our intellectual property (IP) to someone with marketing expertise who can better take advantage of our IP and product quality by delivering our headphones into additional sales channels. Our isolation headphones, which retail for $100-$200 per pair, provide the best solution for discerning music enthusiasts seeking to combine extreme noise isolation, high-quality precision audio and over-the-ear comfort. We have maintained our position in the wired over-the-ear headphone market by emphasizing proprietary products and designs and aggressively protecting our products with our seven patents and three registered trademarks. Our headphones outperform the more widely recognized manufacturers – AKG, Audio-Technica, Beats, Bose, Sennheiser, Shure, Skullcandy and Sony. For example, while headphones sold by these manufacturers measure noise reduction capabilities at one specific frequency, our headphones perform at the highest level over a wide range of frequencies. We have developed strong strategic alliances with dealers, distributors, endorsers, original equipment manufacturers and users by offering outstanding product performance, all of which have positioned the new owner of our IP to take advantage of future growth opportunities. In addition to our IP and strategic alliances, a buyer will need an assembly and distribution facility of no more than 5,000 square feet, which can be located almost anywhere in the world. Without additional marketing, management believes that the company will generate sales close to $1 million for calendar 2022 and sellers’ discretionary earnings of $300,000.
