Current Markets:
The Company provides electrical contracting services to clients in the construction, healthcare, food and beverage, and specialty metals industries.

Real Estate:
The Company operates out of two properties that are leased from an affiliated party. One property is an 8,400 square foot office and shop flex-facility, the second property is a 48,000 square foot storage yard.

Shareholder Objectives:
The Company is owned by four shareholders who are in agreement on the sale of the Company. Three owners are seeking to exit the Company after a transition period of at least three years; the fourth owner intends to exit the Company immediately at the time of sale.
