The business is a family-friendly dude ranch located in Antimony, a scenic part of Southern Utah near three national parks. The ranch sits on 9.64 acres with a main guest house, horse training facility, barn, stables and riding arena. There is a total of 41 rooms with multiple structures for caretakers and staff to live on-site. There are over 900 adjacent acres that are also available. The ranch operates June through August and can accommodate up to 170 guests. Despite running at a significantly reduced capacity in 2020 and 2021, the stabilized income from operations are in excess of $1,000,000 annually with significant recovery in 2021, grossing $800,000.

The net income includes the owner’s compensation as well as discretionary expenses – the ranch is family-run and a new owner would need to be the operator or consider staffing to manage the operation. A former general manager and his wife, who are very experienced in ranch operations and equine practices, would consider post-sale management. The ranch can accommodate up to 30 staff members.
