Minkton Fur Farm Project - North Kazakhstan

Owner of a ready-to-launch mink farming project located in North Kazakhstan, Akmola region, near Kokshetau city.
The project is currently preserved and has not yet been launched. It includes 37,2 hectares of land, one completed shed for 3,600 mink, and foundations prepared for four additional sheds.
The total planned shed area is 15,000 sq.m, with the first shed covering 3,000 sq.m.
The property also features constructed buildings for a feed production facility, storage, administrative offices, and staff housing. A 170-meter-deep well provides clean water, and a water supply system has been installed to all buildings.
Designed capacity up to 180,000 mink per year.
The project was designed according to European standards of animal farming and environmental safety.
The project is the first and only mink farming complex of this scale in Kazakhstan,
intended not only for mink breeding, but also for the production and processing of fur directly on-site.
