I have a non-reporting OTC shell vehicle domiciled in Nevada, in good standing, clean, no issues and can be delivered clear of any liabilities. I have a legal opinion available stating that due diligence was performed and the vehicle can engage to obtain a new 211 with market makers. It has a nice float with Cede (free trading) and very favorable share structure. Will deliver 100% control of the Series A and I can help assist with all types of transactions.
