This Commercial Furnishing company is owned by a family group of 5. They manufacture various types of upholstered furnishings for seating, tables, and case goods. The majority of their revenue comes from the K-12 environments and in general 60% of revenue is within the education space. None of the family members are looking to take over the company, but a few of them are reaching close to retirement age. They own their 180k sq. ft. facility with 6 acres for expansion but are willing to sell or rent. Their family is open to a majority buyout and some would be glad to stay on and assist during the transition.
