This well-known Industrial Construction Contracting Company provides reliable and top- quality commercial building construction, excavation, site work and infrastructure (highway/ bridge) services throughout the Western Pennsylvania region. The Firm enjoys significant operating margins, documented profitability, and an impressive pipeline of projects completed or underway in multiple states. This business currently operates from a 19,000 sq. ft. owned facility with large parcel perfect for future expansion, which is available for purchase under separate agreement.

The Company enjoys a distinct competitive advantage by virtue of its long history, stellar reputation, experienced management, skilled workforce, modern equipment and winning corporate culture. A new owner could obtain additional revenue growth by implementing a robust marketing strategy to expand both the service region and offering menu to its diverse private and public customer base. Under such a plan, the new investment would be $250,000- $400,000 annually with a projected additional revenue growth rate of 5% to 15% moving forward.

The Company has been fully reviewed and conservatively appraised by an accredited national valuation firm at 3.3x EBITDA (2024). A full valuation report is included and there is $2,750,000 in Net Working Capital plus another $5,500,000 in Fixed Assets included in the deal.
