The Insurance Brokerage Company has been established for over 8 years and holds a license issued by the Hong Kong Professional Insurance Brokerage Association.

It is one of the top tier 1 insurance brokerage companies in Hong Kong and holds agency contracts for almost all insurance companies in Hong Kong, including AIA, Prudential, AXA, Manulife, Metropolitan, FWD Group, FT Life, etc.

The Company has over 50 registered sales personnel in Hong Kong and over 280 sales channels overseas. In 2023, its premium income exceeded HKD 400 million (USD 51 million), mainly earning from products such as life savings insurance and Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund.

The shareholders of the Company are seeking to transfer 100% of their equity at a price of HKD 75 million (USD 9.6 million), plus NAV. After the merger and acquisition is completed, the management personnel can continue to remain in office to ensure a smooth transition and continuous operation of the Company.
