The 10,000 plus sq. ft. facility is large enough to handle a variety of projects yet still small enough to ensure the highest levels of quality and service.

Applying a mix of manual and CNC machining allows them to create a variety of customized units and details. Applying industry leading Cad tools to produce complex parts and by partnering with key vendors for laser cutting, grinding, and specialty coatings, they are able to balance cost and timing constraints to consistently delivery top quality parts. Materials for machining include carbon and alloy steels, aluminum, copper, and a variety of plastics. Whether it is a batch of 1 or 100’s the team of precision machinists are ready to support any project with top quality on-time delivery.

With a team of top quality fabricators and builders they can execute designs for unit build, or full mechanical assembly, specializing in small to medium fabrications. Examples include, part nests, robotic angle mounts, risers, weld stands, tube frames and other custom tooling aids used in automation.

In order to minimize the customer's on-site labor, they offer partial, or full mechanical assembly of parts to ensure proper fit and function. Whether it is a single piece, production run, or a full tooling assembly; our experienced and dedicated team is ready to support their customer's manufacturing needs.
