The Bankruptcy Trustee Of Dancoal

The bankruptcy trustee of Dancoal Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Łozienica (KRS 0000308553) announces a written tender, with the possibility of an additional auction, for the sale of the bankrupt enterprise:

with a starting price not lower than PLN 75,719,832.72 net (seventy-five million seven hundred nineteen thousand eight hundred thirty-two zloty 72/100), increased by any applicable VAT.

The subject of the tender is the enterprise as a whole, including the production facility located in Łozienica, engaged in the production of charcoal and charcoal briquettes, also for industrial purposes (biochar, biobriquettes), instant coals, chipboard firelighters, and disposable grills.

The enterprise includes real estate on which production and warehouse buildings, an office building with social facilities, storage yards, and installations are located, including: a retort for charcoal production, a pyrolysis reactor–furnace for the production of fine coal, machinery, equipment, and inventories, forming a coherent, modern complex used for the bankrupt’s business operations. The enterprise as a whole includes:

Ownership of the land plot no. 96/11 with an area of 2.1733 ha, land and mortgage register KW SZ1O/00039044/1, together with buildings with a total footprint of 2,110 m²

Ownership of the land plot no. 96/6 with an area of 2.3185 ha, land and mortgage register KW SZ1O/00039038/6, together with buildings with a total footprint of 12,731 m²

The enterprise is sold excluding:

a) cash on hand and in bank accounts;
b) potential receivables from tax overpayments;
c) receivables arising after the date of bankruptcy declaration;
d) books and documents necessary for conducting the bankruptcy proceedings;
e) assets acquired after the date of bankruptcy declaration and assets that have been liquidated, used, or sold after the bankruptcy declaration, not existing at the date of the sale agreement;
f) components of the bankruptcy estate not subject to sale or excluded from sale under generally applicable law.

Participation in the tender requires the payment of a deposit of PLN 7,500,000.00 (seven million five hundred thousand zloty 00/100), in cash to the bankruptcy estate’s bank account.

Participation in the tender also requires submitting a written, unconditional offer in Polish, in accordance with the Regulations, by the non-extendable deadline of 25 February 2026, by 2:00 PM. Offers must be submitted in person at the filing office of the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin or sent by mail to the following address:
