CLIA and COLA certified lab with no encumbrances or past discipline issues. Lab has been in operation for 11 plus years and has always passed audits from Medicare and other payors. Contracts include Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS Texas and most major commercial payors including managed Medicare and Advantage plans consider the lab as a par provider and pay consistently. Novitas is our fiscal intermediary for Medicare.

Currently processing urine and oral fluid toxicology and limited PCR panels. Equipment list:
1) Sciex 5500 with Shimadzu front end, nitrogen generator, and battery back up. Service contract through Sciex. Validated for urine and oral fluids.
2) Sciex 4500 with Shimadzu front end, nitrogen generator, and battery back up. Service contract through Sciex. Validated for urine and oral fluids.
3) Beckman AU680 with water system-validated for urine and blood. Has a current service contract.
4) QuantStudio 5 plus sample prep automation. Validated for RPP, Covid and Covid plus Flu.

6) Beckman ActiDiff 5 - in storage
7) IRIS UA- in storage

Lab may be relocated as soon as transaction is completed.
