This is an excellent opportunity for an individual or group with an existing book of business to acquire equity in a fully operational diagnostic laboratory as a strategic business partner. The lab is based out of Houston, Texas and is licensed in California. The lab offers a comprehensive menu of validated assays, including UTI, RPP, STI, Women’s Health, Wound, Toenail, PGX, and both screening and confirmatory toxicology testing. It holds active credentials with Medicare, 27 state Medicaid programs, and several Texas-based commercial insurance payers.

The experienced management team brings deep expertise in Molecular Diagnostics, Toxicology, Hematology/Chemistry, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). The management will remain onboard to ensure smooth operational continuity and to support the rapid scaling of services aligned with the incoming partner’s client base.

The lab is currently operating at 30% of its sample processing capacity, generating revenue from existing clients that covers 75% of expenses. The new partner can add their book of business with minimal costs, allowing the lab to quickly become profitable.
