Its production base is located in Mainland China, which occupying over 40,000 square meters. The Company is now planning to shift 50% of its production capacity outside China.

In the past fiscal year, it generated revenue of USD 65 million with a net profit of about USD 11 million, which make it a cash rich business (USD 46 million in net assets but with about 26 million in cash). Although the Company is an OEM/ODM manufacturer, its cost-saving and unique production process leads to a very high profit margin rate. In 2024, revenue of the Company is expected to grow by 30%.

The shareholder intends to retire and plan to sell the company at a price of 6 X PE.
