Additionally, it produces High Voltage Cable Assemblies, Receptacles and Magnetron connectors for power systems. Products are sold to various industry sectors including commercial aviation, military and commercial aerospace. Sales are highly repetitive derived from approximately 100 existing active accounts along with sales generated from referrals and the company’s web page. There is no sales manager, sales reps or marketing programs of any type. The business employs a stable, knowledgeable and experienced non-union staff of 15 including the 2 partners. One partner handles the financial and administrative function; the 2nd partner oversees manufacturing. Other staff include a shop manager and a quality control specialist who is responsible for inside sales and customer service. 5 factory employees include machinists, techs and assembly workers, 1 receptionist and 5 additional factory part timers.
