Four insulated and lighted 16,000 sq ft Storage Buildings attached to a 13,000 sq ft processing facility plus a 7,000 sq ft refrigerated storage area, all connected by an enclosed transit hall (the breezeway) with specialty blowers and air handlers for a total of 97,680 sq ft insulated and lighted storage and processing facility with ample electric service that can be used for the storage and processing of agricultural products including potatoes, wheat, grain, hemp, corn, silage, or cold storage and distribution center, or manufacturing of long items such as wind turbine blades, crane booms, defense industry staging, or to house temperature sensitive components such as computers for data storage, data center, data manipulation, data mining, cryptocurrency or blockchain computers.
