We have 5 luxury sneaker lines, we are licensing.

We will give you 100% rights to:

Sell, market, and promote.

Our offer is:

1. a minimum $5000 in product purchase order
( Per line, not divided by the 5;lines)

2. a $1000 ( down payment, to show earnest interest. The money will be credited back to you, after your first purchase
order. Which means you are really only paying $4000
to get started.

3. A business plan, executive summary and
pitch, required to demonstrate professionalism
legitimacy and your ability to position our sneaker
brand for success.

4. Pre-qualification for financing, proof of funds,
bank letter of credit or personal financial statement
demonstrating you have the capital viability to
run a business. If you require funding , we can
extend a line of credit or provide funding, if
you qualify.

5. 5% marketing fee ( based on annual sales).

5. Demonstrate 1 year of successful business
with a revenue hurtle mark of at least $50,000. If after
the first year, we renew and extend your license
for a second year.

You will receive:

1. $5000 worth of merchandise ( sneakers),
and sneaker box.
2. Complete marketing material to promote.
3. A branded trade show station to take our
brand on the road
4. Up to $250,000, in funding ( upon successful
prequalify).
5. A account manager to assist in your business
efforts.
6. You keep 85% of all profits, the first year,
with a 5% decrease in profit share each year,
up to 5 years, it caps 60% of all profit.
