We are a health and beauty company with patented products manufactured in the United States. We have retail agreement and are on-shelf in almost every major retail chain in the United States and Canada. Acquiring this company will make you in on-shelf vendor to all of these retail changes instantly. Manufacturing, regulatory, packaging, fulfillment and warehousing are all done by our contract manufacturers. The main office consist of only R&D and management. Therefore, it is portable easily. We have made a significant spend building this portion of our business, as a separate, standalone company. Our main business is prescription pharmaceuticals. We have decided to sell this separate company. Executives in sales and operations are willing to continue working for the company remotely.
