We are currently offering a complete operational Spa baths and Boat factory for sale.

The whirlpool Spa factory consists of a large number of Spa/bath moulds relating to the previous production of Victory Spa which has been on the European market for two decades. The factory is equipped with an extensive number of moulds, injection moulding machines, heat ovens for acrylic sheets, fiberglass coating robots, testing tables and its overall fully equipped for a push bottom start.

The second factory is related to the current production of Nordic Ocean craft boats and the exclusive brand of Arctic blue inflatable ribs as well as moulds for smaller leisure and fishing boats.
Our current boat moulds consist of the following ( measured in feet )

The boat factory is equipped with fully functional moulds of the full range in question. All necessary equipment and tooling for a start to finish production process.


Our facilities also offer a range of injection moulding machinery for the production of plastic parts of a variety of shapes and sizes for various products in plastic PVC etc.The spa and boat busniess can be sold separately
