Lots of new equipment and upgrades have been done. $5 million in capex spend over the past 3 years. Owner needs to divest from business for personal reasons, can no longer travel to the plants. 14 blown film lines, 3 layer line new in 2022, and 13 monolayer lines. Bubble sizes from 2"-120", converting equipment for bag making, zipper machines, wicket bags, bottom seal, side seal, etc. Full recycling line new in 2021 to make repro in house from film scrap. One building has 15 railcar spots attached to building. The track can hold 30 but shares with the building next door. The other plant leases a rail spur and has bulk trucks delivered to silos.
