The following statements describe our client’s business:
· Well-established (40-50 years in business) distributor of a wide range of brand name sewing notions, quilting supplies, needlecraft products, and workroom supplies. In large part, those products are sold to the printing and graphic arts industries with a focus on the growth higher margin segments and niches.
· Primarily selling B2B, but there are some direct to consumer sales on occasion.
· Customers typically represent a true cross section of independent fabric stores, manufacturers and some other independent retailers/chains;
· Revenues are from U.S. accounts.
· Annual revenues are $8MM to $just under $10MM with 25%-30% Gross Margins and Adjusted EBITDA of $600,000 to $900,000 per year.

As you can see, the company is profitable today as a stand-alone, self-funded business for an entrepreneurial ownership base. Also, there is an excellent opportunity to accelerate existing growth by becoming a part of a larger company as a means to more rapidly grow the business to its highest potential, and/or vertically integrating within its current sector niches.
