We are a conglomeration of multiple businesses, and considering sale or partnership. Current gross revenues are approx. $1.2 Million per year TTM and likely $2 Million this year (not including the power side of the business). Our core business service is bill reduction. We operate a network marketing division and white label division where we provide the services using other people's brands. We are licensed in 48 state as an insurance broker, and either have a license or pending application in every deregulated electricity and natural gas state. We also provide community solar in all states where it exists. We have a travel division and rooftop solar division that are ramping up now as well. We provide commercial services including utility auditing, ERC audits, merchant processing services, and as previously mentioned, bill negotiation. Happy to discuss the opportunities available.
