They specialize in seasonal pool opening and closing, weekly home pool maintenance, general service and repairs, water chemistry, liner replacement and construction/refurb projects (tile, coping and plaster). There are roughly 75-100 clients who have regular weekly summer maintenance and around 350 who hire the business to perform opening and closing services for their pools. There is also a fair amount of repair and other “one off” service work that is performed over the course of the summer months. An overwhelming majority of the business is from repeat and recurring customers. The clientele enjoys working with a business that is quick to respond, reliable, trustworthy, and provides exceptional customer service.

The primary service area is focused in the southern Maryland market including Calvert County, Charles County, St. Mary’s County, and parts of Anne Arundel County. The business is largely seasonal with much of the pool service work being done in the spring through fall. There are some indoor pools that are serviced as well. A majority of the accounts are residential along with a handful of commercial customers. The owner works with their customer base to compile a list of “winter work” where clients are seeking to replace or fix items, but this work can be weather dependent and is not a significant portion of the overall revenue. There are also a small number of installation and new build projects each year as well, but this is not the main focus of the business.

The owners have decided it’s time to retire after 25 years of successfully operating the business.
