Average reimbursement/per visit $115 to $120, with a collection rate in the high 90's through a contracted billing service, which frees staff to focus on basic clinic operations. Gross receipts for 2024 were $168,800, as clinic is staffed by 1 physical therapist only, while the other services one of two other clinics, which are operated on a part time basis. If two physical therapists, or a physical therapist and and an assistant are working concurrently, the gross receipts can be substantially higher.
