Business was established in 2010 in Fort Myers, Florida from which I currently do all of the internet marketing, customer quotes, invoicing and accounting for sales of RV's, Park Models, Mobile Homes and Stick built housing for all Florida. I am older with no continuity plan for the business and am seeking a compatible person,
couple or company that can take over the management and operations of the business that I can create a path to total ownership for. Must have business experience and access to capital for inventory financing

I have negotiated a lease for only $500/month to have all of my models, sales operations and dealer license at Palm
and Pines Park in Felda and have an on-site Salesperson there that I manage from Fort Myers . The park has
over 40 spaces for me to fill with used RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes from which we receive all of the profits.
We have financing available for homes for only 10% down and a 550 FICO Score and can also finance buyers with
only an ITIN # and no social security.

I have over 10 manufacturers we can buy from and a huge internet presence from which we offer homes to ALL
Florida and other Southeast States
