Idaho Youth Running Club League Administration

Administer league of running clubs for youth in grades 1-6. League has existed for 12 years and currently has 12 clubs participating in southeast Idaho. League season runs September 1 - mid October. Work with club coaches to establish meet schedules, determine and uphold league policies and practices. Recruit new coaches to start clubs in their areas. Currently operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit so no reporting of income statements nor paying of federal or state taxes is required. Could recruit individuals/businesses to contribute as tax-deductible sponsors. Could transform to a for-profit business, if desired. Huge potential for growth and expansion, if desired. Run business from home. Live, including some face-to-face, interaction with club coaches is necessary to be successful. Knowledge of cross-country rules, experience in meet (game) administration and athletic site supporter tools, and solid public relations and conflict management skills are a must for the prospective buyer. Current owner is willing to advise new owner prior to and during first season.
