This business unit has the potential to grow independently in the future. We also have a digital marketing automation process in place to help with closing deals. Our talent pool consists of 35,000 IT professionals worldwide, and we have already signed contracts with 2,000 IT developers in 2022.

We are looking to sell the company for $5M, which includes a 100% buyout. Our reason for selling is to execute our exit strategy. We are willing to provide support and training and can carry or roll equity of up to 20%, which is a sign of good faith.

Our team is based remotely in the EU, US, and Canada. Furthermore, we have our own unique recruitment tool and automation tools, which set us apart from our competitors.
