Real Estate
• The Company utilizes three facilities for operations, storage, and administrative purposes. Operations duties and storage are conducted from a 10,000 square-foot main facility with neighboring ten-acre and five-acre lots. A 3,200 square-foot office is used for administrative purposes. All locations are leased from unrelated parties and can be assumed post-sale. A trailer site is leased from an affiliated entity and can be leased or included in the sale.

Shareholder Objectives
• The sole owner would like a complete sale and an eventual full exit. Succession plans are developing with current staff and possible replacement roles can be discussed. The owner is open to various deal structures to facilitate a transaction.
