This business specializes and balances their training equally between Maritime (40%) Construction (40%) and General Construction (40%). Safety training for all industry trades are offered via 10- Hour (entry level) and 30- Hour (management) OSHA Training Certificates. General Road safety training includes classes in Scaffold, Lead and Office, Fork, Arial/Scissor Lift, Health and Safety, Fire prevention, First Aid Entry Level Workers, Fall Prevention Confined Spaces and CPR and MUCH more.

The owner of the business is offering a few options for the Buyer:
(A) He will sell the business and stay on at no charge for up to 60 days, train and fully transition.
(B) He will sell the business and enter into a negotiated 2-3 year consulting agreement (W-2 or 1099), to continue to provide training service for customers of the company on a less than full time basis. (Terms to be agreed to). Seller will qualify Buyer’s licenses as needed during this term if needed as negotiated.
(C) Seller will partner with Buyer by retaining a minority equity in the company at a negotiated deal structure, work with seller to build the business and agree to a future sale or exit. This is the preferred scenario!

This business does no marketing, and no advertising. There are numerous grants available for participants in safety training classes which need to be marketed statewide. There is an incredible opportunity to open up classes online and to open to other industries including safe food handing, etc.
