Established Kubota Manufacturer Representative

The Company is a well-established manufacturer representative of KUBOTA tractors, mowers, utility vehicles and farm implements for the residential and commercial market. Additional complementary representation of another established manufacturer of farm equipment implements completes the Company’s product offerings.

The current owner family has purchased the dealership in 2011 and has successfully built-up sales from 50-60 units to 275 – 350 units a year. Its operations are endorsed by well-known sports celebrities, TV, media and outreach events solidifying a loyal residential, commercial and government client base. About 15,000 customers are in their database.

The Company offers its awarded service, parts supply, training and assistance in processing KUBOTA’s own financing to its customers from a currently leased 12,000 sq. ft facility in the vicinity of a major city in the Southeast.

Currently three different products are in the Company’s supplier financed inventory valued at $ 2.4M and
$ 0.4M in parts at any given time.

The Company offers its clients manufacturer’s financing at the 0% rate for all equipment. This manufacturer’s financing option enables a one-stop shop environment. In addition to financing services, the Company provides insurance claims and warranties services.

Currently 12 professionals, including 3 in sales, are generating $ 6.4 M in annual revenue.
