Winery

A functioning winery. Production and 230 hectares of land. 16 hectares of Mendal and 3.5 hectares of Olives. The capacity of the tanks is about 1.5 million per year. The line capacity is up to 1.4-1.5 bottles per hour.
Utilities - central water, irrigation water, electricity. (20 kilowatts and a 20 kilowatt transformer). Sewage - two separate underground tanks. The road to the plant and around the plant is asphalt. Logistics - 20 minutes +- to major highways.
Equipment - storage tanks, barrels for aging, a bottling line up to 1.5 bottles / hour, equipment for processing grapes, a 20-ton press, a centrifuge for filtration, refrigeration equipment for cooling, pumps. Loader, Combine for harvesting grapes and also tractor equipment and other equipment necessary for servicing the entire winery. The main plant has a warehouse for storing finished products and a warehouse for storing barrels and raw materials. There are two pumping stations.
