We commence the process by soliciting the buyer’s Letter of Intent (LOI), which will undergo due diligence. Subsequently, we proceed with the issuance of an ICPO (Invoice for Commercial Purchase Order). The documents are forwarded to my mandate, who maintains a network of over 30 refineries. Depending on the selected procedure, the refinery will directly contact the end buyer. In a straightforward manner, as long as the documentation is accurate and legitimate, there would be no confusion. Let’s Talk about Oil!
