Virgin Fuel Oil D6:
Minimum Quantity: 400,000,000 Gallons Per Month
Maximum Quantity: 800,000,000 Gallons Per Month
Cif Price: Gross Usd $ 0.79 / Usd $ 0.77 Net on Cif
Fob Price: Gross Usd $ 0.77 / Usd $0.75 Net on Fob

1. ‎Buyer issues ICPO with this procedure incorporated on the ICPO, along with the buyer’s company registration certificate.
2. Seller issues the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), Buyer reviews, amends (if necessary), signs, and returns the SPA in WORD format to Seller within three banking days. Seller sends the final SPA to Buyer in PDF format, buyer confirms the final SPA, and issues a letter of acceptance of the final SPA.
9. Seller pays commission within 48 hours by Swift MT103 to all intermediaries as signed NCNDA/IMPFA when the seller receives the buyer's final payment.


Transaction Working Procedure FOB Rotterdam Port:

1. Buyer issues ICPO on receipt of Seller's Soft Offer along with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of storage availability.
2. Seller issues a commercial invoice for the available quantity in the storage tank to the Buyer. The Buyer Signs the CI and returns it to the Seller, including a copy of the NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with commission structures.
10. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries as per IMFPA/NCNDA 24 hours after receiving payment from Buyer.
