Houston: Gross $86 / Net $84 per MT
Rotterdam: Gross $86 / Net $84 per MT
Fujairah: Gross $86 / Net $84 per MT
Commission Structure: $2/MT total (Split: $1 Buyer Side / $1 Seller Side)

VOPAK TO VOPAK FOB ROTTERDAM, HOUSTON, FUJAIRAH PROCEDURE FOB:
Transaction Guidelines. -Only direct VOPAK lease holders are accepted NO JV/Group I Proxy I Sublease. -Buyer must include their VOPAK name in the ICPO for seller to verify in my VOPAK

1.) Buyer issues ICPO addressed to the seller for verification and approval.
2.) The seller issues CI,buyer signs and returns it in 24 hours.
3.) The seller issues Authorization to the buyer for the buyer's Vopak Terminal Manager, to communicate with Seller Vopak Terminal Manager to verify the existence of the product. This is to allow the buyer to verify fuel is real.
4.) After confirmation from the buyer's VOPAK Terminal Manager, the buyer's Vopak Terminal Manager submits the below documents to the Seller's Vopak Terminal Manager: a) Vopak Terminal Agreement or Vopak Reference Code 00023 b) Vopak Barcode.
5.) The buyer finalizes the Vopak Terminal Protocols.
6.) Seller issues Full (POP) documents to the buyer's Vopak Terminal Manager and injection begins.
7.) Upon completing the injection,the buyer makes full payment via MT103 TT, and the seller transfers the title to the buyer.
8.) The seller pays commission to all intermediaries until the Contract is complete along with all rolls and extensions.
