STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURES

1. Buyer issues ICPO with Seller procedure, Company Rep Passport, and TSA.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI).
3.Seller releases Injection Programming Agreement (IPA) for Buyer’s confirmation.

Joint inspection:
Seller Rep + SGS + Buyer Rep verify Tank & Pipeline; Seller hands over full POP ( face to FACE) documentation: SGS (48h Fresh), Tank Storage Receipt (TSR), Product Passport (Dip Test Result), Statement of Product Availability, Refinery Commitment to Supply, ATSC (Authorization to Sell/Collect), Authorization to Verify with Tank Farm, Company Registration Certificate.

4. Buyer verifies documentation and Q&Q – optional Dip Test may be conducted.
Injection begins, and all parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA.
5.Buyer pays via MT103 / TT for the available quantity.
Title of ownership is transferred to Buyer.
6.Seller pays intermediaries per IMFPA, and Buyer lifts the product.
