(1) PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOB TANK TO TANK
1. Buyer issues ICPO containing the seller's working procedure with banking details and scanned
copy of the buyer’s passport and TSA not older than 10 days.
2. Seller issues commercial invoice of the product; Buyer sign and return the commercial invoice to
the seller along with an acceptance letter of the sales and purchase procedure.
3. Seller verify the buyer logistics storage company with local port authority and issues to the buyer
PPOP listed below:
4. Buyer inspect by SGS (Dip Test In Tanks) on buyer’s expenses If required
5. Seller issues document to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and to the buyer endorsed
NCNDA/IMFPA.
6. Upon successful dip test in the tank, the buyer makes the payment for the product via MT103, and
the seller transfers title owner ship to the buyer.
7. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involved, for the initial lift and all subsequent lifts
