Seller’s Mandate issues at least SCO based on Incoterms FOB Major Bank or Warehouse in Europe
If the conditions are acceptable, Buyer will get in touch with the Seller’s Mandate to
discuss the next steps regarding the first delivery
The Gold must be liftable and free of any liens and encumbrances

If a Seller signals that he wants to offer us gold for sale in a warehouse and/or a European Bank we would like to support him with our "Depository Confirmation Letter".
